Recibi\u00f3 el premio Gabriela Mistral 2010 por la Sociedad Nacional Hispana Honor\u00edfica y el premio de Poes\u00eda Carta Altino, Italia 2015. La autora ha sido publicada en numerosas antolog\u00edas y revistas literarias en Espa\u00f1a, Canad\u00e1, Estados Unidos, Argentina, Chile, Venezuela, Italia, Inglaterra y M\u00e9xico. Lima ha sido invitada a participar en el Smithsonian Latino Night of the Dead Celebration y como presentadora TEDx McAllen. Coautora del primer libro para ni\u00f1os en N\u00e1huatl en US.\u00a0 Su segundo poemario Aguacamino\/Waterpath (Mouthfeel Press, 2015) fue finalista en el International Book Awards y recibi\u00f3 el segundo lugar en el certamen International Latino Book Awards 2016.
